What tfcrankings.com holds about you, why it holds it, and how to get rid of it. This site is the record side of The Freestyle Club - the Discord community - and it is run by the club, not by a company.

Who you are to us
You sign in with Discord. We receive and store your Discord user id, your display name and the link to your avatar. We never see your Discord password, and we do not ask for your email.
We check that you are a member of The Freestyle Club server, and which roles you hold, because that is what decides which pages you can open. That check is made against Discord each time, not from a copy we keep.
What the site records about your time in the club
When you are in a voice channel, the club bot records that a session happened - which room, when it started, how long it lasted. That is what the leaderboards, the rank tags and the Cred economy are built from. It is activity, not audio.
Battle results, tryout verdicts, judge cards, bets, poker hands and anything you post in the site chat are kept as records of the club. Your name is attached to them, because the point of a record is who did it.
Recordings, and the ten minutes that are thrown away
A boombox in a voice room holds a rolling ten minutes of that room so a cypher can be clipped afterwards. Nothing is written to disk and nothing leaves the bot unless somebody runs /save-cypher. Ten minutes later, un-saved audio is gone, overwritten by the next ten minutes.
The room is told. Every boombox posts a notice in the room it is recording, and the notice names the command that keeps a clip.
If a clip IS saved, it becomes a file on this site with the room name, the date, who was in it, and a transcript made by software. If you are in a clip you did not want kept, mail thefreestyleclub.business@gmail.com and it will be taken down.
Your own social accounts, if you connect them
You can connect your YouTube, TikTok or Instagram so your clips post themselves. If you do, we store the access tokens those platforms give us, encrypted, and we use them for one thing: posting the clips you made to the account you connected.
We never read your messages, your followers or your other posts, we never post anything you did not cut, and we never hand those tokens to anybody. Disconnecting at /me/socials deletes them.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys this data and nobody is sold it. The club staff can see what the pages show. Clips and results are public on the site by design - that is what a record is for.
When you post a clip to a platform you connected, the video and its caption go to that platform, and their rules then apply to it, not ours.
Getting rid of it
Mail thefreestyleclub.business@gmail.com and say what you want removed. Clips come down, a profile can be wiped, and a social connection you can remove yourself at any time. Battle results that other people share - a win is also somebody else loss - are kept, with your name taken off on request.
Children
The Freestyle Club is 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use this site, and tell a member of staff so the account can be removed.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the club is told in Discord. Questions go to thefreestyleclub.business@gmail.com.
